Under CONNECTICUT STATE LAW all used vehicles sold by dealerships are covered by warranties if the vehicle's sale price is greater than $3000 and the vehicle is 7 years of age or newer. If the sales price of the vehicle is greater than $3000 but less than $5000, the vehicle is covered for 30 days or 1500 miles, whichever period ends first. If the sales price of the vehicle is greater than $5000, the vehicle required to be covered for 60 days or 3000 miles, whichever period ends first. All other vehicles, including 4 wheel drive vehicles, can be sold as is.

NEW WARRANTY POLICY, STANDARD ON ALL VEHICLES, EFFECTIVE AUGUST 15, 2000 :

All vehicles sold by EUROCARS PLUS are covered by a 12 month or 12000 mile (whichever occurs first) major drivetrain warranty regardless of the vehicle's age or mileage. This warranty covers 100% of parts and 100% of labor for drivetrain repairs during the warranty period. Systems covered include all major engine and transmission parts, driveshaft(s), and axles. Constant-Velocity (CV) joints and turbochargers are covered as well, if applicable. Also, additional systems such as brakes, exhaust, suspension, belts, gaskets and seals are covered for a period of 90 days or 5000 miles, regardless of age or mileage of the vehicle.

All other systems in the vehicle, including Air Conditioning, Radios, Lights, and Electrical Accessories, are covered under the 90 day / 5000 mile portion of the warranty. No warranty claims can be accepted in the case of intentional abuse, accident, neglect, or failure to perform routine maintenance as required in the vehicle's Owner's Manual.
